About the Journal
LEGO Scientific Journal (Law, Economic of Government) serves as an intellectual platform integrating economic law and governmental law within a multidisciplinary analytical framework. It explores the dynamics of regulation, public policy, and the interaction between legal instruments and economic systems in modern governance through normative, empirical, and comparative approaches. The journal examines law as an instrument of social engineering to promote equitable economic growth while enhancing governmental legitimacy and accountability, covering areas such as economic regulation, administrative law, fiscal and monetary policy, good governance, and state–market relations. It also fosters critical discourse on contemporary legal developments, including regulatory reform, decentralization, and the impact of globalization on national legal sovereignty, aiming to contribute significantly to legal scholarship at the intersection of law, economics, and governance.
