Workplace equality and inclusion are fundamental to building just organizations, particularly as employees differ in their backgrounds, characteristics, and experiences. This study examines strategies for building a just organization through workplace equality and inclusion. Using a qualitative literature review, it analyzes scholarly sources, including journal articles, academic books, and prior research on equality, inclusion, diversity, organizational justice, and human resource management. The material is examined descriptively through identification, thematic classification, comparison, and synthesis of previous findings. The review indicates that organizational justice depends not only on formal equality policies but also on inclusive work environments that value diversity, provide fair opportunities, and prevent discrimination and unfair treatment. These objectives can be advanced through inclusive leadership, transparent organizational policies, fair recruitment and career development, open communication, and effective evaluation and grievance mechanisms. Equality and inclusion should therefore be embedded in organizational culture to promote a fair, safe, productive, and sustainable workplace.
