About the Journal
Journal of Business Ethics (ETHICS) is a peer-reviewed academic journal dedicated to advancing scholarly understanding of ethical issues in business, organizations, and society. ETHICS publishes high-quality theoretical, empirical, and interdisciplinary research that explores the moral dimensions of business activity, corporate governance, leadership, sustainability, and stakeholder relationships in both local and global contexts.
ETHICS particularly encourages contributions addressing corporate social responsibility (CSR), environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices, ethical leadership, responsible innovation, workplace ethics, consumer protection, sustainability, and public accountability. Emphasis is placed on manuscripts that demonstrate strong conceptual foundations, methodological rigor, and practical relevance in explaining how ethical principles shape business decisions, organizational behavior, and societal outcomes.
